This survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.

This survey is currently only for LGBTQIA2S+ students and alumni of TWU. 

There are opportunities to write written responses throughout (not required). At the end of the survey, there is an opportunity to write any last comments & possibly share more of your story as a queer student or queer alum. 

There are 10 sections: Identity, Housing, Commuting, Classrooms, Chapel & Worship Events, Health & Wellness Centre, Campus Life, One TWU, University Leadership, and a Final Comments section.
 
Answers will not be saved until submitted, and you may close the window at any time to withdraw from participating. Please note that once your responses have been submitted, we will be unable to remove your contributions as no identifying information will be attached to responses upon submission. Your participation is entirely voluntary, and you do not have to respond to every question.
 
All information obtained in connection with this survey that can be identified will be anonymized and will remain confidential. Only those directly involved in data analysis within One TWU will have access to the individual responses you provide, and data will be stored securely at all points in the analysis process. Please note that anonymized quotes and survey-wide statistics may be used in future advocacy endeavours, including social media presence and negotiations with TWU administration. If you would prefer to not be quoted publicly, please indicate this in your written responses.
